Cosmetics Terms & Conditions of Sale

BodVik Cosmetics is the consumer skincare range operated by BodVik Pty Ltd ("BodVik", "we", "us", "our"), an Australian company based in Queensland. Our products are cosmetic skincare formulations, proudly made in Australia, and are sold directly to customers Australia-wide.

BodVik Cosmetics products are cosmetics. They are intended to cleanse, moisturise, perfume, or improve the appearance of the skin. They are not therapeutic goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Product descriptions, ingredient information, and any guidance we provide are general in nature. Individual results and experiences vary. If you have a skin condition or any concern about your skin or health, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

Cosmetic products can cause a reaction in some people. Before using a new product, we recommend you read the full ingredient list and carry out a patch test on a small area of skin. Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation occurs.

You are responsible for checking the ingredients of any product against your own known allergies or sensitivities before use.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred), in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
• Prices and product availability may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you check out.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All content relating to BodVik Cosmetics, including product names, formulations branding, text, and images, is owned by or licensed to BodVik. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, BodVik is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
