Shipping & Returns Policy

• We ship BodVik Cosmetics Australia-wide.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where available.
• Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier, and are estimates only.
• Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@bodvik.com.au within a reasonable time of delivery, with your order number and a photo where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not major, we may choose to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.

For health and hygiene reasons, we are generally unable to accept returns of cosmetic products once they have been opened or used. If you have changed your mind, you may request a return of an unopened and unused product in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a return shipping cost, and we will refund the product price once we receive and inspect the returned item.

This change-of-mind policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• We will let you know whether a return is required and, if so, where to send it.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
