Affiliate Program Terms

The BodVik Cosmetics Affiliate Program lets approved participants ("affiliates") earn commission by promoting BodVik Cosmetics products using a unique promo code issued by BodVik Pty Ltd ("BodVik", "we", "us").

The program covers the cosmetics range only. Affiliates must not promote, reference, or attempt to earn commission on BodVik's telehealth services, doctor-supervised programs, or any prescription product.

Anyone may apply, but participation is at our discretion and requires our approval. We may approve or decline any application, and we may end a participant's involvement at any time, for any reason, including a breach of these terms.

Commission is calculated on the value of eligible cosmetics orders placed using your promo code, and is tiered by the number of orders that have used your code:

• 10% from your first sale.
• 15% once 100 orders have used your code.
• 20% once 300 orders have used your code.

Tiers are based on cumulative eligible orders attributed to your code. Commission is calculated on the product price actually paid (excluding any shipping, taxes, and after any discounts), and only on orders that are paid for and not refunded or cancelled.

• Commission is paid weekly for eligible orders in the preceding period.
• You are responsible for providing valid payment details and, where applicable, a valid ABN and any tax information we reasonably require.
• Commission on an order that is later refunded, charged back, or cancelled may be reversed or deducted from future payments.

• Promote honestly. Do not make misleading claims about BodVik or its products.
• BodVik Cosmetics are cosmetic products, not therapeutic goods. Do not claim they diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
• Do not make health or medical claims, share dosing information, or reference prescription or telehealth services.
• Do not bid on BodVik trademarks in paid search, spam, or use deceptive or unsolicited marketing.
• Disclose that you may earn a commission, as required by Australian advertising and consumer guidelines.
• Do not represent yourself as BodVik or as speaking on its behalf.

Your promo code is personal to you and must not be shared with other sellers, posted to coupon-aggregator sites, or used in a way designed to capture sales you did not generate. We may change, reissue, or deactivate a code at any time.

This program relates to cosmetic products only. BodVik does not pay for the referral of patients or any telehealth or medical service. Affiliates must not solicit, refer, or be paid for any health-service referral.

Either party may end participation at any time. We may change these terms or the commission structure on reasonable notice. Continued participation after a change means you accept it. On termination, you must stop using your code and BodVik branding; we will pay any commission validly earned up to that point.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
